Our story
Too many small businesses only see accurate books once a year — when the CPA asks for “everything.” By then, bad decisions have already been made. We started Balance-Books in 2024 to flip that pattern: clean monthly books, a hard delivery date, and humans who answer when you have a question.
We are a remote team built entirely for Canadian businesses. We handle the tricky GST/HST rules and CRA schedules using practical tools you already like, without pushing expensive software on you.
